On Strategies of Policy-Based Financial Services in Nurturing New Productive Forces by the Institute of Science and Technology Strategy, Jiangxi Academy of Sciences, encompasses four major areas of policy-based finance: TechFin, green finance, industrial finance and digital finance. Rooted in Jiangxi and the central and western regions of China, it emphasizes the uniqueness of different policy-based finance whose potential shall be fully tapped, while systematically considering the cross-integration of the above-mentioned four areas to generate more synergy. Drawing on global experience and advanced provincial and municipal models, it proposes countermeasures and suggestions to serve the real economy and form new productive forces, striving to truly facilitate a virtuous cycle of science and technology empowering industry with finance supports available.
